Post by Bill RandleStill listening, but haven't seen any activity in ages. I suspect
it's pretty much dead.
Post by t***@austin.rr.comJust checking!
Anyone still viewing this list?
The list is silent but Aurora/Fedora secondary Sparc is not dead, at
least if one looks on http://sparc.koji.fedoraproject.org/ there is some
traffic there. But the results do not go info Fedora servers despite
that a lot of files for s390 and arm land there. Extracting the Sparc
packages manually or automatically from the Koji HTTP server would be
ardous for both sides.
I have asked Oracle Linux people if they are interested in Sparc - who
else if not them? Looks like they do not know. It may be that Sparc is
lost as the rest of Sun's heritage in the dungeons of Oracle. (The OL
itself (for Intel-like) is not very well knows, very few people know
were are its FTP servers, even fewer know about the location of SRPMs
updates of it.)
