Have a look at auroralinux: FC based, running on sparc.
Unfotunately, they haven't updated their news since last January and
they haven't updated the site since december. It may have been
abandoned..... :-(

We're in the process of moving into Fedora SPARC. I'm hopeful that we'll
have something more substantial to say on that subject soon.

That is awesome IF it means:

A: the massive amounts of hard work you guys do is going to be finally
rolled properly into the official Fedora release
B: aurora sparc linux will finally benefit from official synchronised
release cycles, inclusion in the standard Fedora mirrors, etc (I
appreciate this is a long shot)
C: you don't drop all of the aurora branding (it's a proud heritage!)

Please say that this is the case...

A and B are certainly going to be true, I'm not sure how we would keep
C, but I'm open to suggestions.
